CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

VINYASA

focuses on linking movement and breath while incorporating longer holds and alignment instructions to create a dynamic practice.

POWER

is for students with a strong foundation in vinyasa yoga who are looking to turn it up a notch. It is the most challenging class option with the opportunity to work on more advanced poses and building strength and endurance.

ANTIGRAVITY YOGA®

is a fusion fitness technique that utilizes a silk hammock and draws from yoga, pilates, dance and gymnastics to create a fun workout. In every class you will have the opportunity to invert and flip, as well as build strength and flexibility, all without any compression on your joints.

PADDLE YOGA

is a 75-minute class in which you’ll have plenty of opportunities to paddle as well as test your balance in yoga postures on a stand-up paddle board. Wear a bathing suit or yoga gear, and be prepared to laugh and fall in! Classes are held at Paddle Zen on Lady Bird Lake.
