Pain Care Yoga

Pain Care Yoga is designed to help you decrease your pain and improve your quality of life through gentle yoga. This approach is informed by current pain science and utilizes yoga techniques to calm your nervous system, help you learn how to move in the face of pain, and improve your pain-free mobility.

About Rachel

I began practicing yoga in 2007 and have been teaching yoga since 2009. As of 2019, I am a Certified Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists, and I have specialized training in Pain Care Yoga, as well as Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy.

 

Location

My private studio is located in South Austin near the intersection of Manchaca Rd and Ben White. Please contact me if you’re interested in the exact location.
